Movement has always been a constant in Hannah’s life – from playing sports to studying Human Movement Sciences, and pursuing personal training. However, it was during her own recovery from an injury that she experienced the powerful impact that exercise can have on the body and mind. That experience is what inspired her to pursue Biokinetics in order to help others regain strength, confidence & control over their bodies.
The body is an interconnected chain – when one area is out of balance it affects everything else. For this reason, Hannah believes in a holistic approach to rehabilitation. Looking at each aspect of a clients life, their daily movement and personal goals to help create tailored programmes that will support their performance. She values working alongside other health professionals to provide clients with integrated care, having a shared goal of improving each individual’s quality of life and performance.
She wants her clients to not only feel better, but to understand their bodies better. When someone knows how their body moves, they can move through life with less pain & greater strength.
